MEET JESSE BANNON
Thank you for your interest in Bannon Mediation
My name is Jesse Bannon. Since 2010, I have worked as a civil trial attorney in Jacksonville, Florida, handling matters involving employment, labor, civil rights, tort, constitutional, contract, non-compete, and trade secret claims before state and federal trial and appellate courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies. While litigation was certainly the biggest part of that practice, I regularly helped employers outside litigation to navigate employee issues and disputes where the end goal was a resolution that satisfied both the employer and employee. I was also responsible for assessing risk and evaluating damages, settlement value, and the likelihood of success at trial.
Before moving into private practice, I served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, prosecuting over a dozen jury and non-jury trials. Though that trial experience was invaluable, it was only a tiny percentage of the cases I handled. Most cases were resolved through plea bargaining, where I was in a position of special responsibility to pursue justice based on the unique facts and circumstances each case presented.
I now serve as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, where my practice spans all stages and types of civil dispute resolution, including pre-suit mediations, global settlement conferences, state and federal court-ordered mediations, and appellate mediations. Whether you’re seeking to resolve an employment or business dispute, a personal injury action, or a homeowners’ insurance claim, I tailor my mediation approach to your matter’s specific needs.
When you mediate with me, expect efficiency, a tailor-made approach, discretion, trustworthiness, and an up-to-date knowledge of the law. My goal is to provide high-quality mediation services and bring your dispute to its best possible resolution.
